The Ring of Invisibility

Suppose two men each find a ring of invisibility that allows them, without consequences or detection, to commit crimes such as theft and rape. If one of the men is moral and just and the other is immoral and unjust, should we expect differences between the behavior of the two men in their use of the ring?
